Milk and dairy products are indispensable for the full development functioning of body. In recent years, demand goat’s milk has increased. It long been considered a source health, especially in relation to people suffering from allergic diseases (including cow protein), with metabolic disorders, digestive etc. That is why problem obtaining high-quality goat relevant practically significant. Over past few decades, interest grown variety biologically active substances natural origin their use as components diet farm animals. Unlike antibiotics, growth stimulants other synthetic drugs, phytogenics can be used healthy animals most productive period, providing positive result terms quantity quality products. Based on this, we studied first time effect plant product stevia processing veterinary sanitary indicators milk. An experimental group goats received pulp together main diet. During experiment, found dynamics associated productivity group.
